Things are Moveing!

So I've been a bit all over the map lately and not shy to admit it. It really feels like things are starting to get moving  even if it's just a tiny amount . One foot in front of the other! So where has all my time been going you may be asking and to that I say, a number of places. First off is my Etsy Store, besides trying to figure out all this advertising stuff I've been making stock. Which you've read countless times before, but with good reason! I love doing festivals and I am now going to be breaking out into a whole new festival circuit for geeks! Fan Expo! Yes Drunkin' Fish Creations will be selling at Fan Expo this year, yey! No I do not know my table number yet, and  yes I will be there for all four days :] With making lots of stock I have also had the opportunity to buy new products which I am enjoying playing with and seeing what they can do. What else you may or may not ask am I doing with the rest of my time? Well I have a Vloging channel on the go that so far has been an interesting experience... it's really just a baby right now relearning editing  and stuffs. Work in Progress is what that is. Other than that there is of course the real work kind of work and life.

Exciting Things! and Announcements

Okay so exciting things!  I now have signage! and Business Cards! I got to show them off a bit back in the beginning of June at The Stoney Creek Art Stroll and since then things have been falling into place! For a while I've been talking about bigger projects and well, making stock. Some of it has been for shows such as The Art Stroll, and before then the Hamilton Super Art Crawl,   which I will hopefully be doing again this year.

Doing these shows has given me better knowledge on what catches people's eyes as well as more ideas for what I want to make and the direction. Well with that said,  I'm excited to announce that Drunkin' Fish Creations will be taking the next step and opening an online store at the end of June!!!

As of then there will be another updated post with the link and a description. :)

Little More Me

So I resonantly decided to take down my project page mostly because I wasn't really doing anything with it. Not that I don't have projects going on but most of them right now are building up stock and have to do with items I want market.  The other parts of my time are spent brain storming less tactile things and right now figuring out how to make my new me puppet.
  Puppet? you may say, yep puppet.I really enjoyed making this one;

 

 





















There is one problem though, Its outdated. My hair is longer, new glasses and my eyes aren't permanently  bugged out any more due to late night projects, deadlines and way too much caffeine in a college atmosphere.  Which is when I made this, plus it's a stop motion puppet  and I know I want to take my puppet making skills in a different direction.  Now I just have to answer questions like, mouth mechanism or not, foam? which type? Sculpted or patterned... arg This is the tricky part but I'm sure I'll come to a conclusion sooner or later. I hope...
               
In the mean time even though I've taken down the projects page for now I still am planning to share my strange  brain children on this main page instead. What better way to start off on a new foot by sharing my old me puppet! I don't know just go with it...

  Wait...this means I have to update my avatar too, ah well work, work, work, work. :D
